OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
[OPERATING CONDITIONS]
Do not conduct trial running without being immersed by water.
Do not use motor during thunder and lighting.
Do not pump in well water, which contains too much sand for a long time (the solid body is not supposed to go beyond 0.0 l %).
The normal temperature limits is between 2℃-40℃. If pumping hot water of 60℃, please order in advance the optional pumps and motor(limited to 4" motor and below l0HP).
The motor should be used together with automatic control box (otherwise no service warranty).
Please fill up the motor with water from the effusion hold with water when using 6”water-filling motor.
Power supply: 380V±5%/50Hz 380V±5%/60Hz
[Attention]
Use the pump in the first time, should test the clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation of the pump. Alternate the freewill two connections of cable (or power supply), measuring the volume of water flow.
Check if the solid body in the water is suitable for use when the water is pumping. If not, stop using the pump. Otherwise the pump will be seriously worn out, even blocked and burned the motor.
Frequent start-up is forbidden during the running, otherwise the motor will get overheated. Select suitable submersible pumps with certain water flow and head.
Voltage during running is between 360V-400V, stop using or equipped stabilizer if voltage is out of the range, avoiding destroying the motor.

[Maintenance]
No special care is required if the submersible pump is working normally. But it should be stopped to check on one of the following occasions:
While voltage reaches the rated value, the current is abnormal and obviously beyond the rated value;
Under the rated head, the water flow reduces obviously;
Strong shock and noise while the pump is working.
Protective switch automatically cut off the power frequently.
The insulated resistance of the cable core wire against the cover is lower than 0.5 megaohm.
If the well contains plenty of sands, check the pump half a year; clean and maintain the impeller combinations, or else the motor will be destroyed.
